Freegate 7.37

Many users struggle to get rid of browsing restrictions, but sooner or later they still end up in front of their computer with a long list of blocked websites.

Freegate Professional lends a hand to those who cannot access certain webpages due to restrictions, providing a fast and simple way to bypass all those rules.

The great thing about Freegate Professional is that it doesn't need to be installed, you only need to double-click the executable file to have it up and running.

Its interface is very clean and easy to use and the most important thing is that the application will do most of the tasks without requiring user intervention. Simply put, Freegate Professional automatically detects the browser you use and applies a predefined list of websites that are usually blocked in certain countries.

The software solution scans for multiple proxies servers and connects to the fastest one, but still allows you to choose another one if you experience problems with the default option, as we discovered during our tests.

Among the features of Freegate Professional, a pretty useful one can be found in the 'Settings' tab and it enables you to set the application to automatically clean the Internet Explorer history when you exit the program.

Overall, Freegate Professional is a great tool for anyone who needs to load websites they're not allowed to access, but keep in mind that its performance pretty much depends on the proxy server you find. Also, the software quite easy to use and comes with enough features to satisfy the needs of the majority of users.

Features Freegate 7.37

· Users access web sites overseas as fast as their local ones
· Requires no installation or change in system setting
· A single executable file on a Windows platform

Hotspot Shield 2.78

Hotspot Shield 2.78. is a VPN based software that acts like a shield against network and Internet surveillance. It is equipped with a strong encryption technology that allows it to secure web sessions, personal information and data transfers. In order to ensure complete anonymity, the application hides your IP address and arranges for you to remain protected as you travel to different Wi-Fi locations.

Hotspot Shield is a reliable choice if you wish to remain anonymous during your online sessions. Your personal details are kept invisible to third party ISPs (Internet service providers) and websites and all transactions are secured through HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) encryption. With it, you can access web content without censorship and all of your video or voice chats are protected.

The installation procedure is rather straightforward, but be sure to keep an eye for the third party software it comes bundled with. Also, carefully read the license agreement and make sure that you acknowledge the fact that the company may inject advertisments in any web page, thus altering its content. On the other hand, Hotspot Shield remains very friendly with computer resources all the time, which means you should be able to run it on older machines as well.

After years of lacking a desktop GUI, Hotspot Shield now comes with an interface; from here, users now have a more clear option to connect or disconnect the VPN service. The Settings window allows you to configure the level of protection for the Network Detection feature: you can set it to warn you each time your computer connects to new networks, to auto-connect to unknown networks or to turn off both of these options.

All in all, Hotspot Shield sets the ground for a stress-free anonymous browsing experience. Its powerful algorithm makes it virtually impossible for anyone to trace you.

Features Hotspot Shield 2.78

· Secure your web session with HTTPS encryption.
· Hide your IP address for your privacy online.
· Access all content privately without censorship; bypass firewalls.
· Protect yourself from snoopers at Wi-Fi hotspots, hotels, airports, corporate offices and ISP hubs.
· Works on wireless and wired connections alike.
· Secure your data & personal information online.
